Neurosoft Sp. z o. o. was established in 1992 as a spin-off of academic co-workers and graduates of University of Wroclaw and Wroclaw University of Technology. - NeuroCar RedLight - a stationary registering enforcement device that automatically reveals violations of traffic rules committed by drivers not complying with traffic lights;
