Neurosoft Sp. z o. o. was established in 1992 as a spin-off of academic co-workers and graduates of University of Wroclaw and Wroclaw University of Technology. The main product line offered by Neurosoft is NeuroCar – a family of products that applies advanced image analysis methods in intelligent transport and road safety systems. 

Automatized processes of NeuroCar take place in real time delivering its users uniquequality of recognition due to sophisticated method enabling Make and Model Recognition of car. NeuroCar supports  statistical analysis and business intelligence accessible on-line via intuitive web application. All products are supported by IT engines based on neural network technology.

NeuroCar became an effective tool to promote road safety and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) in cites and roadways enabling faster and safer transport of people and goods. The products allow, i.a. for non-invasive detection of the vehicle presence and automatic recognition of its license plate, vehicle category, manufacturer (ex. Ford, Toyota), model (ex. Taurus, Yaris), even vehicle spee and color – all this complex identiticataion is possible based on video signal only!

Neurosoft deliver an effective operational work tools for private and public entities as: Police officers, road engineers, and Road Transport Inspection, etc.

The best-sold products of NeuroCar are:
- NeuroCar RedLight - a stationary registering enforcement device that automatically reveals violations of traffic rules committed by drivers not complying with traffic lights;
- NeuroCar Weigh-in-Motion - a system for the detection and identification of oversized and overloaded vehicles in motion; system combined with dangerous goods identification system (ADR);
- NeuroCar Section Speed Control – an enforcement system for measuring the average speed of vehicles on the designated road section;
- NeuroCar Access Control - is an automatic system which allows for the control and monitoring of vehicles in demarcated zones, on the basis of video-identification;

- NeuroCar Vehicle Identification - a system designed for detection and identification of vehicles in motion performed on basis of their image from a video camera.
