Euralogistic
The Centre of Excellence Euralogistic is hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Artois in the frame of the Regional Plan for Economic Development of the Hauts de France' region. It aims at providing a range of services to businesses, contractors and the institutional of the sector in Nord-Pas de Calais. Funded by the European Union, the French government and the Nord-Pas de Calais region the Center of excellence Euralogistic provides on behalf of the players in the logistics industry in Nord-Pas de Calais the following tasks:
- Promotion of the logistics sector,
- Consultancy in logistics projects for local SMEs,
- Business intelligence and networking of actors,
- Excellence in research and training,
European Transport Research Alliance
This is a partnership of five major European Transport Research Associations: ECTRI, EURNEX, FEHRL, FERSI, HUMANIST. It operates as a non-legal entity in the form of partnership and is supported by its partners both financially and in-kind. It organises events, and takes initiatives, related mainly to horizontal strategic issues of Transport Research in Europe and promoting the European Research Area in the field of Transport.

The European Transport Research Alliance – ETRA is a partnership Organisation created, on September 20th 2012, by five Transport Research Associations: ECTRI (European Conference of Transport Research Institutes), EURNEX (the European rail Research Network of Excellence), FEHRL (Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories), FERSI (Forum of European Road Safety Institutes), and HUMANIST (the Human centered design Network for Information Society Technologies).
Its strategic objective is, to: “work towards promoting further cooperation, coordination of activities, and common focus in European transport research provision, as part of the process and in full alignment with the objectives of creating the European Research Area in the field of Transport”.
